Terms of Use

Last Updated: March 4, 2026  ·  Effective Immediately Upon Use
⚠ Critical — Read Before Using

CheckScript AI is an advanced system-level software capable of bypassing screen-capture restrictions, secure browser protections, DRM overlays, and proctoring mechanisms. By downloading, installing, or using any component of this software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to every term below. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use.

1. Nature of the Software

  1. CheckScript AI (including CheckScript Desktop, Neural Driver, CheckScript Remote, and all associated tools) employs advanced techniques — including but not limited to GPU-level screen capture, kernel-mode hooks, AI-based OCR and inference, hardware-accelerated video encoding, and WebRTC peer-to-peer streaming — that are capable of circumventing most known screen-sharing restrictions, secure browser environments, and content-protection measures.
  2. We are fully aware of the power and capabilities of this software. We have built it with the technical understanding that it operates at a level that most conventional security tools cannot detect or block.
  3. This software is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for any particular use case.

2. Intended Purpose

  1. CheckScript AI is designed and distributed solely for the following legitimate purposes:
    (a) Personal learning, self-assessment, and educational research;
    (b) Software development testing, QA automation, and accessibility tooling;
    (c) Remote desktop access to your own machines;
    (d) Any other lawful use permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  2. Any use of this software for cheating in examinations, unauthorized access to systems, violation of institutional policies, or any activity that breaches applicable laws is strictly prohibited and is done entirely at the user's own risk.

3. Full User Responsibility

You — the end user — bear 100% of the responsibility for how you use this software. CheckScript AI, its developers, maintainers, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any consequences arising from your use or misuse. This includes but is not limited to academic penalties, institutional disciplinary action, legal proceedings, fines, or criminal charges.

  1. By using this software, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you accept full personal accountability for every action performed with or through this software.
  2. We do not encourage, endorse, or facilitate any illegal or unethical use. The existence of a capability does not constitute permission or encouragement to use it in violation of any rules, policies, or laws.
  3. You understand that using this software in violation of the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., exam portals, proctoring software, LMS systems) is your decision and your risk alone.

4. Data Collection & Transparency Policy

⚠ Mandatory Disclosure Clause

By using CheckScript AI, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and potential disclosure of your usage data. If required, we will share your information with the relevant authorities without prior notice.

  1. What We Collect: We collect and retain the following data — device identifiers (Hardware ID, MAC address), IP addresses, session timestamps, license/activation keys, usage logs (features used, frequency, duration), and any data submitted through our APIs or Remote Desktop connections.
  2. Full Cooperation with Authorities: In the event that any government agency, law enforcement body, educational institution, examination board, or regulatory authority contacts us regarding the use of our software — whether through a formal legal request, subpoena, court order, or even an informal inquiry — we will fully cooperate and provide complete transparency. This means:
    (a) We will disclose your identity, device information, usage history, IP logs, and any other data we possess;
    (b) We will do so without necessarily notifying you in advance;
    (c) We will not defend, represent, or shield any user from the consequences of their own actions.
  3. No Anonymity Guarantee: We do not guarantee anonymity. Do not assume that your usage is private or untraceable. If an institution or authority investigates, your data will be available and will be shared.
  4. We may also proactively report suspicious activity if we believe, in our sole judgment, that the software is being used for purposes that may cause serious harm or violate criminal laws.

5. No Liability & Indemnification

  1. Zero Liability: CheckScript AI, its developers, contributors, hosting providers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this software — including academic expulsion, loss of employment, legal penalties, data loss, or reputational damage.
  2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CheckScript AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the software or your violation of these terms.
  3. If any third party brings a claim against us as a result of your actions, you accept sole financial and legal responsibility.

6. License & Access

  1. CheckScript AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software subject to these terms.
  2. We reserve the right to revoke your license, disable your access, or ban your device at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or refund.
  3. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing the software or its components without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  4. Premium features and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. License keys are bound to the device they are activated on.

7. Remote Desktop (CheckScript Remote)

  1. The CheckScript Remote feature enables browser-based access and control of Windows desktops via WebRTC streaming. By using this feature, you confirm that you have authorized access to the target machine.
  2. Accessing a device without the owner's explicit consent is unauthorized access and may constitute a criminal offense under computer fraud and misuse laws in most jurisdictions.
  3. All remote sessions are logged. Session metadata (device IDs, connection timestamps, IP addresses of both host and viewer) are retained and subject to the disclosure policy in Section 4.
  4. We do not store the video stream content itself, but all connection metadata is logged and retained.

8. Modifications to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted.
  2. Continued use of the software after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  3. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

  1. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Summary: This software is powerful and we know it. It is your tool — you decide how to use it, and you accept full responsibility for that decision. If anyone comes asking, we will cooperate fully and share everything we have. Use it wisely.
